Is this really free with no obligation?
Yes — completely. There is no fee for the assessment and no pressure to move forward. We do this because we believe the best way to earn your business is to demonstrate our expertise before you spend a dollar.
How long does the visit take?
Typically 45–90 minutes depending on the scope of your project. We walk the space thoroughly — we'd rather spend an extra 20 minutes on-site than miss something important in the report.
What if I'm not ready to start for 6 months?
That's completely fine — and honestly, the earlier the better. The assessment gives you a clear picture of what's involved so you can plan, budget, and make decisions without pressure. We book projects months in advance.
Do you do fixed-price contracts?
Yes — every Molitor project is delivered under a fixed-price contract. The number we agree to is the number on your final invoice. No surprises, no change orders for things we should have caught upfront.
What areas do you serve?
